Slug Ammo it was replaced and removed for a more balanced variant.
The original 
Breaker Ammo can't be found anywhere or crafted in the game. Unlike 
Golden Item Shredders or 
Legacy Fabricators. Any remaining ammo variant of this kind was fully converted to Slug Ammo and then was removed from the 
Munitions Fabricator to be replace by Slug Ammo
