The 
Item Launcher is a buildable for the Spaceship that can be crafted at the 
Machine Fabricator.
The Item Launcher can be used to launch/shoot items inside and around in your Spaceship. With being able to change the speed, and angles of the Item Launcher, you should be able to rig up some pretty neat gimmicks or mini games for Crew Members.
The Item Launcher was one of the first items needing 3 different resources to craft.
Unlike the Pusher and the Loader, The Item Launcher can be walked through.
