The 
Legacy Fabricator is a special kind of Fabricator that players can no longer craft, although you can still obtain Legacy Fabricators by trading someone who has them.
The Legacy Fabricator looks like your normal Fabricator, but there are no recipes in recipe list at all. Some people keep these for relics of past updates.
Earlier, you could have transitioned these into other types of Fabricators, but with ℵ43 update this feature was removed to prevent accident transitions.
