Give background tiles color with this item, you can make pixel art and decorate your ship's background color. This item does not block player's movement or a item's movement. Paint can not be wrenched, only colored over.
If you right click or simply press "R" on your keyboard you'll be able to select the panel's color from a unique color palette. Note: the colors below are those from before Version 57.
As of Version 57, Colored panels have been renamed to 'Paint', and the palette has been expanded to add more colors, with a new naming system. Also, you can paint under a block, and vice-versa.
